Marcus was very helpful this morning to my grandmother Audrey and I. He was prompt, very thorough and gave plenty of tips! Quick but thorough! My grandmother talked to a dispatcher on the phone and said how pleased she was We wanted to personally write something to have him rewarded or appreciated for his great and hard work!

we have used One Hour since it was Mitchell's and used them for many years. The monthly service plan is ideal for us because our income is very limited and we never have to worry about finding money if we need a repair. We love the yearly AC tune up a nd Furnace check and inspection included.We find the service exceptional and the technicians friendly yet professional. the office staff is always polite and helpful.

Our a.c. was leaking thru a bedroom ceiling. Brian came out and worked his majic and now leak is gone! Fast service! Professionality! Very pleasant! Didnt try to sell us anything we didn't need! GREAT PRICE! Mitchell's will forever be my go to service company!

My AC was not working. Called them and Robert was out within 20 minutes of me calling. He was awesome! Extremely professional and very nice. He got us fixed right away. I would highly recommend using them as they were fast, helpful, and great to deal with.

Our air conditioning unit was leaking a little bit of condensation from the bottom of the unit. Alex came out and was very prompt and courteous he looked over the unit and was able to identify the issue. He was very thorough and went above and beyond. We are and continue to be very pleased with the service from this company however if we could get Alex every time we would request that, as he has been by far the best technician we have had.
