You can actually call and talk to the owner. Normally the same crew has done all my installs. They have also done all my club membership annual inspections. The gentleman who came out for our service call Friday was super kind and did his best to fix our HVAC but sadly it was from 1996 and needed to be replaced. The Comfort Specialist who came out Saturday (in the miserable heat) was super patient and helpful when we went over our options and booked our AC/Furnace replacement for Tuesday!
