RecommendedI left a voicemail late Friday, got a call back at 7:15 am Saturday and everything was done before 10:00 am. Shawn was prompt, fast and took care of the AC issue very quickly. I highly recommend Northern's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
RecommendedOur AC went out around 530 p.m. Called the 24 hour line and told a technician would be here between 6 p.m. and midnight. Our technician arrived around 730 p.m. He made quick friends with our dogs and our little, diagnosed and fixed the AC within 20 minutes! Zachary Willette is a friendly, efficient and great face for PITZER ONE HOUR! His customer service is TOP NOTCH! He answered my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. He has great customer service skills!!!!😀
