We have been getting our heating and cooling service from Mitchell’s for about 5 or 6 years. We have always been very happy with all of the servicemen who have come. Contacted One Hour to service my 92 year old Mothers furnace. Robert was able to get to her home in hours time and took extra time knowing it is difficult for her to hear as well and completely understand service performed . He installed new filter and thoroughly cleaned the unit. He inquired if my Dad was a Veteran which he was. He told my Mom any future tuneups will be free of charge thanks to the generosity of Josh to pay it back for the vets’ service to our Country!
