Dr. Morin is excellent but the scheduling is in need of an overhaul. Wait times up to 1.5 hours for no reason other than poor scheduling. Way overbooked, so that it makes for a disappointing experience.
Ugh. No one answers the phone or returns a phone call. My prescription was incorrect (copied from 2 years ago) and they still have not called to rectify the error so that I could order new lenses. Even when my message said I was running out of lenses! Left multiple messages on multiple extensions to no avail. Sadly, I will be moving to another practice.
Very good service. Very skilled. Good listeners.
Love the doctor, but visual field test schedule is only available on Tuesday morning and schedule is full for 3 months which makes it a nightmare. Had to reschedule visual field, but can't get an appointment for 3 months which means I have to reschedule the doctor too. If the demand is there, I would think they would add more appointments for technicians to do testing since thier unavailability impacts the doctors schedule.
