Took care of my left ankle
I went to LVHN urgent care on Friday 6-6-25 for acute hip/groin pain for a week and was seen by PA Ann Matrone, she was excellent and gave me a thorough exam and had good communication, nice bedside manner. In her findings I have all the symptoms of Ischial Bursitis and would benefit from a steroidal/cortisone shot. Referred me to LVHN orthopedics. I saw Dr Cooper today 6-9-25. He was in the room with me for literally 2 mins. Did a very minimal exam and told me to take Tylenol and do PT. He was making light of it and I asked... read more
Dr. Cooper didn't not help my daughter's issue, instead referred her to a general surgeon or o.b!! She went to PT and the therapist (and ER dr) came up with the same diagnosis. Somehow the orthopedic dr did not even mention it. He wouldn't listen to her concerns and where the pain was actually coming from. Very quick to dismiss what we were trying to tell him. Her after visit drs notes were a joke too! What's on the notes wasn't even discussed during the 3 minute consult!! What a joke!! Would NOT recommend dr.cooper to ANYON... read more
He did an outstanding job doing my total shoulder replacement. I have full range of motion, could not be happier. Highly recommend Dr. Cooper.
