Worst experience I’ve ever had with an endo, Dr. and office are both hard to deal with and kept me running in circles to get my life saving prescription when I couldn’t come to the office because I was out of town. Finally got them to sign for it after weeks of being told different things going back and forth between receptionist, nurse, and Misty. It seems as if they care more about money than their patients. The nurse (Sandy) was the only good thing about my experience with them, she was more helpful than anyone.

Left a message for someone to call me back. Because I ran out of insulin and needed a refill prior to my appointment later in the month No one ever called me back. And now I have no insulin for an entire weekend Very disappointing and I am considering going to another docto

I saw Misty Gilliland recently and she brought so much to me. She was so kind, listened to my story and how I was feeling about my health and she gave me feedback. I was truly blessed to have met her and will continue to see her. The office staff was kind and helpful, Misty's nurse was very detail and showed compassion, I'm very pleased and want to say Thank you to the whole staff!
