After being an employee there from the start of this location, its sad to see where the company has gone. Way too left leaning of a company, empty promises, do not care for employees or customers. They will do alot to get out of paying for damage they clearly caused, VERY dishonest! After you are given a position, and do everything for it after being told itll be finalized in 2 months, a year later "that never happened, you were never given that!" Every month we are billed on the first. We went to get a car wash on the 30th then canceled our monthly plan. A few days later I noticed we were charged for the next month. We had to go back and talk to the manager twice before he finally left a message saying customer service would need the card we used to refund **. When we called customer service we were told they would not do that since we got the wash after the 28th. Apparently our month ends on that day.

Had a membership for 2 months found out my car has ******* worth of damage, has been 10 days no return phone call since I filed claim.
