WORST CAR WASH COMPANY!!!I wont even give this company one star review, but its making me. I had purchased an exterior service (the platinum service online). I went to the ***************** location and the guy standing outside said he is not able to scan the barcode that was sent to me. Then he said that unfortunately they wont be able to do anything for me because they dont have proof of purchase. I have been coming to Mr. *** Wash for over 15 years. I have had at least 2 vehicles sometimes 3 on the unlimited wash plan for all that time. Over those 15 years I have seen service and management decline while prices continue to increase.On my latest visit, the trim around my front grille broke free from the grille after going through the car wash.I asked what would be done and one of the nice employees took my information and filed a report.
