Mister Car Wash damaged my windshield. They have a process in place for incidents/damage claims. I completed the process with no response from Mister Car Wash. After posting a review on ****** of their terrible customer service and lack of response, a "manager" called me to say the claim was denied. I asked for the finding in writing and he said "no one requests denials in writing". How do you have a complaint process, file a written complaint, but not receive a written response? Stay clear of Mister Car Wash ... especially ********, ******* location! The service and quality were absolutely terrible! I am not a hard customer to please and I'm not that picky, however the quality of interior cleaning and exterior wash was unsatisfactory. I paid $34 , plus prepaid tip of $5 (the attendant collecting payment as you enter was very pushy about adding a tip). Thus, for almost $40, I got totally ripped off.
