Car wash was fine but all my change from car was stolen. I really didn’t think someone would steal $4-6 in quarters and dimes.
The car wash itself washes well but your car comes out wet and full of suds still. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The worst treatment ever at a car wash! I called customer service and they would bet even get back to me. After 4 days I called again to cancel my membership. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Took my vehicle through the wash today. Paid $32 for the "premium" package. Got home and move the floor mats to find whole bunch of dirt and also the center council was filthy. Could have and will have to do it myself to get it clean. DEFINITELY NOT worth the money... plus side.. unlike the old Octopus wash they did leave my loose change in thee cup holder. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
There was a time when I was a very loyal and faithful customer to octopus carwash. This service has completely gone down the drain since the new take over. I expect to have a clean vehicle after $34. This is inexcusable!
Wallets have been stolen here with no compensation whatsoever. Should be free car washes for life if it happens and it does.
My car was still dirty stuff was still on the seats and floor and forgot a towel on the back seat of the floor
They do not clean yiur vehicle like occtpus wash did. Inside still had puppy dirt foot prints in leather seats.. front window still dirty on inside.. said something to the people, it was like o well.
My second time today. I'm impressed with the friendly staff and their attention to detail. I have never had my dash and console cleaned as thoroughly as the crew did this morning. Thank you!
