Supposed to be open until 6...pull in at 5:50, all the lights on, inside and out, everyone standing around and sign says sorry we’re closed. I get that it was 10 minutes until actually closing BUT you are a place of business, open until 6 means open until 6. As we were waiting for traffic to leave 4 other vehicles pulled in and had to leave.

Was a big fan of octopus, visited once before they truly turned it over and was a great experience. Went back today and just paid over $30 for a marginal job, which is being nice. Dash barely wiped down and still lots of dirt on carpets. I won’t be back and I won’t refer this place to anyone again
I will not be back! I called a few weeks ago to schedule a detail. I was told they no longer take appointments, it's first come first serve. I was told I could come in any day. Well, came to Mister car wash this morning after arranging different transportation for the kids and arranging a ride to work for myself (not an easy task especially with car seats) and was told they aren't doing details today because they didn't have enough staff. Do not, I repeat, do not go to Mister Car Wash on Park St. In Madison, Wi!!! (55 minutes waiting as well as they take cars out of order). My interior was still as bad after, as when I went in. Octopus was bad but believe it or not Mister is worse. They need lots of help of which I wonder if they will ever figure out.
I went for a cleaning and I got in and there was still crumbs/ drips of ice creams as if nobody wiped down the car and then when I seen the car was still dirty on the outside I went right back and they said “our machine won’t get that” (its was spilled milk on my bumper) never will I go there again!
Didn't even touch the center counsel, the interior door handles or my back seats. What the heck does the ultimate platinum super get you? Feeling like I got ripped off. Stay away!
It is the most horrible service I do not recommend this car wash
I pay annually for unlimited washes here. Just went to Park St location for an exterior wash and sat in the left lane while 8-10 cars were waived past me on the right side while I waited for all the full interior washes in front of me. Waited for over 40 minutes. Ridiculous. I won’t be back.
