this company and location has just turned into a joke. first they closed down interior on the University store then on the East Washington so the only place for full service is now on Park street. at 12:30 I'm in line with nowhere to get out and there's six cars ahead of me and I'm told it could be 45 minutes. they have one person doing the vacuuming. yes one person. whether it's a staffing issue or breaks this is ridiculous for a saturday. Recommendednothing was cleaned that i had asked. this is like thr lle 3rd time now. the Vacuuming sucks, none of the windows were cleaned inside. the dash and all the wasn't cleaned and wiped down. the doors were not wiped down. don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. they need to take pride in their work and some got some attitudes this is not good customer service
I just went there and paid for the premium carwash. My car came back still dirty on the outside, the dash not wiped down, barely vacuumed, plus more. I could have sprayed it down with a hose and it would have looked better than that. Also, they never added the cherry spray at the end that I asked for.
I do recommend it for an exterior clean and perhaps a light interior clean but I purchased the top package thinking the trunk would also get vacuumed but it wasn't. That was disappointing. Also the back seat still had sand/dirt.
I swore I would never come back. today in a hurry I risked it. I'm sitting in full service line and have not moved in 20 minutes. Watching exterior "express" service come and go in front of everyone. Worse setup I've ever seen. it would have been faster to drive to Mermaid car wash 15 minutes west of my location.
Don't waste your money on an expensive package. Took my car here today to have it washed and the interior vacuumed. I have a lab and there was quite a bit of dog hair. I was informed the $35 premium wash included vacuum of the floors and seats. To my dismay when I got home I realized nothing had been vacuumed and interior console in the middle was hardly wiped down. The wash was okay but it certainly wasn't worth the money. I now am going to have to vacuum the car myself. See pictures in comments.
They do a really good job here inside and out. The lines can get pretty long though. I wish they would put in a live camera so I could see how long it is before I head over.
This place is horrible. I got the worst car wash ever and had to come back to have it washed again and it still wasn’t that good. I wanted just one car wash paid with my debit card and just found out the last three months they’ve been automatically charging my account $63.29. Had to cancel my card and dispute the charges. Absolute crooks!
Consistently worst interior cleaning of car! Didn’t get between seats and consoles. Didn’t wipe off car seat marks. Didn’t get under seats. Didn’t get by seatbelt fasteners. Said all car washes take 10-15 minutes?!?! Then why pay for the highest rated interior cleaning?? Not too expensive, but not even worth that!
