I went to the Park Street location on 5/31 at 12:55 PM. I purchased the $18 package which I was told included vacuuming. The car still had sand on the mats when I got in it and no vacuuming was done between the door and seats. Very poor job.
Took my car here last weekend and left with a low tire warning i shook it off because my tire sensors are very sensitive and assumed it would shut off because no employee warned me about this popping up. The next morning i come out to go to work and my tire is flat. My tires are only 4 months old. I called no one picked up or returned my call i went in the store and was told i would get a call back. I really wish they still had the Rain Check Program which allowed you to get your car re-washed the next day if it rains on the day that you got your car washed.
I paid extra to get the inside clean and it really wasn't worth it and they weren't clear about what the $32 package did and did NOT include...

car still had pet hair on the seats, which are leather, so very easy to get off, dirty carpets, and water on the rear window, on the inside. Subpar dusting as well, and still garbage in the ashtray, and around seats on floor. Streaks on side windows, and I had to stop at a gas station to wipe water off the mirrors, and exterior panels.
Not one to leave negative reviews, but for a great chunk of change, you get subpar service and my vehicle wasn't even cleaned.
