Paid 31.64 for a platinum wash and could have gotten a better job done at PDQ. Horrible, I will not be returning.
Staff was really polite. However the end result fell very short of a "Platinum Package". There was mud left on the inside of the door and the dash was slightly wiped down....I think.

The employees working today did an awesome job. Not only on the car but everyone was smiling and easy to talk to. For a service oriented business they all deserve a thank you and nice job.
I could not believe that the vacuum station is outside. I won't be back at the East Washington, Madison location again until the weather is nice. I don't want to watch them work in cold and rain.
$25 for premium wash and they didnt even clean the whole windshield. Did not vacuum the end of the SUV at all, had to go home and re vacuum, clean front windshield, wipe off top off middle console and clean mud off of every door frame. Really?
