Will NOT be returning - dirty windows, smudges everywhere, my truck is filthy ! For 32 bucks i would hope for an at least mediocre job, but didnt get that ! Stay away ! Simple stuff - do NOT SPRAY my back interior windows from the front seat ! Couldnt believe my eyes ! Seats wet, have some courtesy , take pride in your job. I always always use this location - mister has lost all of my business as well as my recommendation to anyone. I work in customer service and am appalled at my visit today
I don't even want to give this 1 star but it wouldn't let me write a review if I didn't. I called to inquire about a full detail in a car I just bought they told me first come first serve which is fine. I got there at 8am today paid for my full service which was $165 the guy told me to come back around noon that it would be done. He took my number in case it was done earlier. The people are polite, but for $32 the work is shoddy. The windows are never very clean and they don’t wipe out cup holders. If you arrive for a full wash and wash only customers come in it moves you back. For the $$ they charge, they should be embarrassed to have a tip box out. If it were not for the location, I would go elsewhere.
Lists detail services on website but was told "that they are not a priority". Why list services you don't provide? Will not be going back.
Paid 30 for a premium wash. Just terrible product all over not wiped down. Bugs still on windshield dirt still in wheel Wells. Bottom of doors still dirty. I should have gave a hose to my 14 year old would have done a better job!!!
I booked a detailing appointment one month out. Today, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, was told that all the detailers had quit, so I would have to reschedule. No one could be bothered to call me ahead of time to tell me this??? They did offer a ten dollar discount, but that does not help. I will NOT go back.
Paid for a premium wash and definitely was not worth the money. Staff was polite, but poor attention to detail - wet surfaces inside and out, windshield still dirty and vacuum job was not thorough. More expensive than Octopus used to charge but worse quality. If I ever go back, it will be a basic wash for me.
