Slow service, I waited on line for 18min so they could finish the vacuum for the single car in front of me, then 2 cars pulled up in the other line and even telling one of the employees that I got there before them they washed these two cars before me. I called the manager, Carlos and explained the situation.He just apologized and left . Total time to have my car washed: 43 min

very slow service...why have 2 bays open when you dont have enough staff to do the job.
My son Mike has a monthly pass and was there yesterday and had 1 of his floormats missing. We just got these for him as he had the same thing happen in March which was a Yosemite Sam floormats that my husband gave him.We just got him the Chevrolet floor mats.Nevet had any problems when my stepson Robert Seekings was there.Don't you do background checks on your employees or check for sticky fingers. My son left a message and will be there in the morning
Speed up the service and lower the price.
it is the slowest car wash I've ever been to. Waited in the car for a half hour to drive inside. will be at least a half hour yet before I am out of here. just rediculous. they aren't even very busy. no one seems to be in charge
