Very disorganized. Kept taking cars from one side of vacuum area rather than the sides that were done. Sat for 20 minutes and watched 6 cars move through process before they remembered the other side of the area. When asked about why they were only taking one side and forgetting the other, was told they are running smooth! It is clear they need to re-look at prices as it was “not my job” here.
Since this became Mister instead of Octopus, it has become terrible. First they raised their prices. The cheapest wash is now $12. Now, they don't even do windows or dust! You have to pay $30 to get your windows washed!!!! And it took over 20 minutes even though there was no line. Boy bye.
We brought our truck in for a detailing. It's embarrassing how little detail they put into cleaning the truck. Down to the point where you can see how far the employee wiping the back window could reach, circular motion on the left, right cleaned just fine, but a 6 inch gap in the middle where it wasn't cleaned at all and they just didn't care to get in the bed of the truck, or grab a ladder to clean that area. Refused to clean my car because my three year old had spilled a gogo squeeze in the back seat. They tried to claim it was vomit. It wasn't. It didn't even look like vomit. We told them it was applesauce. If my car wasn't dirty I wouldn't need you to clean it! Also, took all the floor mats out of my van to prep for service they didn't do. $32 for a platinum wash.... Total waste of money.
They did such a horrible job that I made a video to show their corp. office and local manager. I called them 3 times never got a callback. Save your money and just go up the street to any of the other 20 carwashes in Madison.
For $32 they couldn't even do the basics like the steering column area & that was after going through 2 times! I WON'T BE GOING BACK.....EVER!
