The problem with this location and possibly Mister Car Wash in general is their lack of customer support. A close friend had their car rear-ended by the vehicle behind them entering the tunnel. I've used Mister Car Wash for several years, and I've rarely had issues with them. Yesterday I got the Platinum wash (interior and exterior), and it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes that I waited in the lobby when they called me back saying they were done. They were sloppy and rushed, and barely wiped down my dash; leaving several spots that still had visible dust and dirt. They didn't even do anything to the trunk area,and it still needs a vacuum. Stop scratching cars with their car wash brushes
Cancelled my membership today after once again it was broken down or closed. Just seems a bit much to either find competent managers and employees for this location. Advising family and friends to cancel theirs as well.
Tried to call to schedule a full detail several times over the last week. Went down to the location. They told me the phone are not working. Had a basic wash. Not very good. Glad I could not schedule the expensive detail job
