I paid for the platinum and they ran it thru with the basic wash. Had to run the car thru again. Poor job of washing and poor job of drying. 4 seasons used to do a lot better job.
Don't go here!!! My car isn't even a year old and they ran it through and now I have some spots with chipped paint on my hood and sides of front of car!!! Your car will get damaged!!!!
What a waste of $32. They made the inside dirtier then before we brought it in! The interior was wiped down with dirty rags that left dirt streaks everywhere, the windows now have streaks and finger prints, and they didn't even vacuum the back seat or rear carpet. I really appreciate spending $32 so I can spend my day off cleaning up their mess. At this point I will not be using the free car wash I still have coming, they have done enough damage already. Took a car here Thursday and got the platinum wash, which includes inside and out. The inside of the car looked like they took a dry cloth and half ass wiped off the inside. It was awful. Thinking maybe it was just the staffing that day we just took my boyfriends truck and got the same package today. Once again, same thing. This time it actually looked they might not have enough touched the inside. Very disappointed and a waist of $70 total.
Brought my car to them yesterday in horrible condition. Went through the platinum option and was very pleased with the outcome. It was really busy but they were still able to get a lot done in a friendly manner. My only complaints were that my cup holder had not been wiped down and due to the car being in park when they vacuumed there was some dirt that was missed on my shifter. 🏻🦄🦍 Harambe would've been proud.
Paid $32 then had to come home and re clean the interior. My floor mats were not put back, there was still crumbs everywhere and nothing on the inside was clean. The wash on the outside was mediocre. I will not be back. What a joke!
I came in today to get my car washed and vacuumed! The staff was wonderful, the car looked great, but when I got home I noticed the gentleman that wiped down my dash accidentally knocked my lock button off! I searched the car, but never found it! Fingers crossed someone picked it up and it'll be there when I go back tomorrow!
