From the time that I got there to the time I left was an awful experience. My car lost a front bumper piece that I just got fixed and they tried to put the blame on me that I had damaged the car prior to being there. I will never bring my car or our families car here ever again if that’s how they treat loyal customers vehicles or customers in general. Oh and that’s a brand new part too but claim that they can “see damages” to the part that fell off.
Decent wash, but wait time fir full service is ridiculous

There was one girl that did an amazing job vacuuming, taking care of customers, organizing car lanes, etc when first going in. The ppl that clean inside of the car up front do bad job. Then make excuse that they are being rushed. That’s after I asked them to wipe obvious other areas (doors, cup holders, dash) that was to come with platinum wash. I came home a cleaned it myself.
I would not recommend getting a car wash here. I have scratches all over my BMW because of Mister! Unless you want to get your car all scratched up.

I do and do not recommend. they can never get all the bugs off the front of my car. And they do a horrible job on my windows and they never do the inside back window. I sure miss Four Seasons Car Wash.
