For first time there wasn't greeted very friendly no one asked how you were are knowledge .never explained the car wash left avises.from years of being a customer . Not sure if I will return
Had the full service for over$30. Inside wasn't even wiped out. Pointed it out and he still didn't barely wipe anything. Outside was partially done, but there was still visibility caked on mid in places. We will never waste our time there again.�
I had it vaccummed and all that was vaccummed was the floor boards. Everything else was still filthy. Also my car didn't even look like it was washed. Still had streaks and smudges on the windshield and Windows. My hatchback still was dirty. I though being a member I would get better service. I will cancel my membership
After getting my car washed I still had to go home and finish the job myself. Money lost, should have done it myself from the beginning .
Paid $32 for a wash inside and out very disappointed there was this mud and dead bugs left on my Jeep! I will never go back ! Horrible job thought the Platinum was top of the line guess not!
Very, very busy. However the wait was not too long. Young man escorted me to my car when finished.
The Customer Service Advisor was very polite. The people working here all had smiles. I am down with the free coffee and popcorn. Oil change was fast. And I got to watch in a chair through the window. Top it all off a free car wash.
Amazing customer service!! They didn't try to pressure me!!
