Can someone tell me WHY I got in line, just for the car ahead of me to STOP to let 5 (FIVE!!) cars cut ahead!?!?! THEN we didn't even get the wash we pay for. I pay $30 a month and both times I've been here I did NOT get the wash I pay for! Because they go out of order. So someone else got my $30 wash. Your welcome! So what can we do about this!?!?! I'll keep my business at the other 2 location that don't suck! ��
UPDATED...SEE BELOW...Exterior, not bad...Interior, they never touched at all except a speed vacuum. Nothing was wiped down, at all. Never going back there. 26.00 for jack! ***UPDATE*** Yesterday I had a particularly unsatisfactory experience at Mr. Carwash on So.27th here in town. In fairness, I was contacted by their corporate customer service who put Travis, the location manager in touch with me. Super slow today. What's the deal? I've never seen people less interested in doing their jobs. Ever.
I am frustrated with them today!!! They are moving so slow and I have counted 6 cars that came in after me yet are now ahead of me. When I pulled up there were a hand full of cars here and now it’s packed. You never can see a manager!!
Love this place. I do the monthly. My truck is always cleaned to my specs. I am always greeted with kind words.The vacuum people always do a great job. The manager Travis is awesome.
Can never get the wash that I pay monthly for!! Very disappointing since they are the only full car wash service in town.
This place is not what is used to be. I pay monthly for washes and 80% of the time I go through it's not the correct wash. Employees drive other cars in front of yours making you get an incorrect. No one sprays your car anymore when you drive up, drying your car is a joke....not impressed!
