Spent about 80 dollars on our 2 vehicles, and it still had bugs in the light and hood! Then I cleaned it while the workers just watched! Finally got some help from gentleman, very disappointed

Team work and timing to get the service done in a reasonable time
I purchased the platinum wash, the only good thing that came from that $38 was the complimentary popcorn. We won’t be back. Brandon registered my car, and he was professional. I guess because they cleaned my mats they didn’t feel the need to vacuum, my windshield and windows didn’t get cleaned, my dashboard has smears from the cleaner, there’s still very noticeable dirt on my leather seats that still remain after I asked them to wipe them off, my seats were not cleaned, at all. They always do a great job with the full service wash. Wiping it down and getting the inside wiped down as well as vacuumed.
I like MCW and I am an unlimited member. But they must fix the Unlimited line issue. if you decide to go thru the regular drive to get a vacuum, you wait 15 20 25 minutes before your car even enters the wash line. A second gate to allow unlimited and regular guests to alternate would be fair. Waiting on a Driver to wake up and cut the line is frustrating .
