They need to show care and concern for the elderly. Aging seniors are often unable to advocate for themselves and because so they are taken advantage of, forgotten, and treated disrespectfully. This has happened multiple times to my grandfather here and it continues to be the case currently. It is unacceptable and certain doctors and nurse will have to be accountable for their neglect and disrespect.

My mother is here now on the 4th floor. The weekend care is horrible. Nothing is done, asked if she would have therapy- was told "she's low PRIORITY". Really? Last weekend there was no one that would feed her (she's 100 and broke her hip)- they just left the tray on the sink. She had bowel movements in her bed, they didn't put her foot boots on or her leg bar. I'm sure Medicare will be very interested to know what service they are paying for. Great nurses and a great urologist. The food is better then I expected
No visit to an emergency room is a good experience. I can say however, that Missouri Baptist takes the cake for being the most inefficient, incompetent and disorganized group of people. I would treat my own gaping wound with no gloves on while laying in a bed of tetanus before I would so much as send my dog to this ER.
This is by far the best hospital i've ever been in. I've stayed at several different hospitals and Missouri Baptist medical center is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough great things about all the staff. The staff were excellent care givers. They took great care of me and explained everything that was going on to me. I was in the ER and got admitted to the cardiac floor. Both excellent. The hospital was very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone. Once again excellent place. My mom was in the hospital in sullavan butt she got transferd to st louse Mo bab I'm veery thankful fore all of the sataff the heart sugren the wounder fule staff I give this place 1000 stars
My dad spent a week in the Acute Rehab Unit at MoBap following a cardiac arrest. The staff was amazing and took such great care of him! The Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy therapists had him ready to go in just one short week! We could not have been more happy with this facility. Top notch in every way.
