I objected to a clause on the Consent and Authorization for, and was told by Lori that I was therefore refusing to authorize payment. She's waiting for the Patient Advocate to call her back, and I've been sent back to the Admissions pool. I've had nothing but bad experiences here at Missouri Baptist

Wife and I stayed two weeks here while delivering our son prematurely. Nurses were professional, kind and highly trained. Would nominate all of them for the Daisy award. Doctors also work at Children’s Hospital and are the best in their field. They saved my wife’s and new born son’s life. Forever Grateful

Just stellar Nurses, Docs, Staff.. I was there for surgery.. scared, nervous and everyone was absolutely fantastic .. after I woke up, again just wonderful people all around me.. taking care of my loved ones who were there and stressed as well..thank you all so much
My wife and I have been dealing with Missouri Baptist since approximately October 2018, since we found out that she was pregnant. Her doctor has been amazing, throughout the whole process, but that’s not the issue. Their billing department has cornered my wife 3 times now while she’s been there for different doctor’s appointments, leaving her in tears after each visit.
