RecommendedNobody wants to be in the hospital but the entire staff of Mo. Bap. gave me the best care that I've ever received.

Went to Missouri Baptist and waited for 5 hours in the waiting room and NEVER seen a doctor ... took me 3 1/2 hours to be put in a room and watched people who came in after me be seen. Not sure if race plays a factor but I wouldn’t doubt it. I’ll never gonna back ever again. Just sad and disappointing.
Very disorganized registration Dept. Gal calls me at 4:00 pm on a Friday tells me my insurance won’t authorize my MRI on Monday they’re going to cancel me. I’ve my had authorization Number for two weeks that was sent to me in the mail. She says well read me the number so I read it to her. She said I’ve been on the phone for the last 15 minutes with your insurance company and they said they will not authorize it.
