The heart team is amazing!! They did a fantastic job with my father n law!! From the 3rd floor nurses, to his team of doctors, to the surgeon and the team in surgery, to the heart unit, and then to the floor one more time!! We the family cannot express how great full we are for all you guys did for our family!!
For my moms recent back surgery, everything was excellent from free valet parking to 100% cheerful and helpful staff!!
I’m sure the experience would be better if I could get out of the waiting room. 2x today I had to wait for over 2.5 hours. Tonight it’s almost 3 hours and I’m still in the waiting room. Evidently it is acceptable here for a 2-4 hour wait says the RN at the admitting desk in ER.
My dad was admitted to the MoBap in Sullivan and transferred to this one a few days later. The nursing staff has been phenomenal and the doctors have kept us up to date the entire time. I have no complaints regarding his treatment or how he is being cared for. I know without a doubt he is in good hands! The ICU staff is amazing! Thank you all!
