The mall Santa refused to see a young girl with a service dog because her service dog happened to be a pittie. Not only was it illegal, but incredibly cruel and heartless.
Maybe your Santa should work solely with the mannequins because he obviously lacks any form of compassion. A sweet little girl who only wanted to ask him what he wanted for Christmas so she could make it for him was turned away by your Santa because he didn't like the breed of her Service Dog. Your Santa's actions were despicable and broke the child's heart.
Refusing someone with a service dog is illegal, shame on your ridiculous "Santa", you likely just lost a lot of business, smart move people
Discrimination of any kind is wrong! Sad you deprived a child of her visit with Santa, she needs her service dog to help her deal with the stresses of life, and you made things worse!
The rating says "poor" because I couldn't rate less! I challenge all of your mall employees to look at the photograph of the most beautiful misunderstood girl who was refused the right to see Santa! Look into her eyes, and tell her why! Actually tell us ALL why! Shame on you Santa! What a fraud you are!

Not only did your mall Santa violate the Americans with Disabilities law, he broke the heart of one of your guests, who will need time to recover from this outrageous incident, if she can recover from it. I gave you a "poor" rating because there was no designation lower. You should be ashamed. Your employees need sensitivity training. I hope this Santa is gone from the mall.
