The "Santa" at the mall refused to see a child because her service dog (she's autistic) is a pit bull. The parents offered to take the dog out of the mall and "Santa " still refused because the parents support "those dogs". Then the parents asked if the child cold just stand at the gate and have him wink and wave to her. Again, he refused. Not only is this against the law, it is just a poor representation of this mall. Disgusted to hear that Santa refused to let a little girl sit on his lap because her SERVICE dog is a pittbull. Nothing like taking the magic out of Santa because of a narrow minded idiot. Shame on you for hiring someone like that.
Absolutely horrid...and unacceptable...that a establishment would hire a ignorant"Santa" who refuses to see children with SERVICE dogs-that's against the law by the way,you might want to read up on that-and then make cruel hurtful remarks as well.Beyond disgusted.

In the season of children having dreams and believing in Santa Clause, you have destroyed a little girls faith in the holiday. Santa did not want to speak with her because of her service dog. Not only is this illegal, its reprehensible and whoever you hired for Santa needs to be immediately relieved of his duties. NO child should feel this way at Christmas. Santa is not supposed to hate.
