To hire a Santa that would deny her because her service dog is a pitbull. Shame on you. Your Santa just killed a little girls christmas spirit.

The fact that the Santa is both ignorant and prejudice is extremely sad and the Mall should do something about it. Pit bulls do not 'eat people', ignorant and abusive people have abused many pit bulls which give them a bad rap. Also service dogs are highly trained and are well behaved so just looking at the dog and making a snap judgement is idiotic. Seems like Mall Santas need training.
I'm not even from your country, but if I were, believe me I would NEVER put my feet in a place that doesn't give a child the chance to speak with santa just because her service dog is a pitbul. Have you got no shame?? I have friends and family that live there so I'll make sure they know and they pass the message. You should be ashamed.

Your mall Santa destroyed a little girl's dream to spend 1 minute of her time with Santa so she could find out what he wanted for Christmas so she could make it for him . Instead he refused to see her because her service dog was a Pitbull. He would not even see her when they offered to take the dog completly out of the mall so she could see him. If I could give 0 stars I would... Shame on your Santa.
Soooooo, your Santa denied a child a visit with Santa because she had a service dog that happened to be a pit bull. This man crushed a disabled child heart because of bias towards a wonderful breed. This reflects very very poorly on you, his employer. In the future I would hope that you have a established code of conduct for your employees to uphold regardless of wether they are hired by your HR or they are a contracted service. So what I'd like to know is what do you plan to do about this situation to make it right.
