Your Santa should be escorted out the door! How dare he refuse to see a child..because her Companion is a Pitbull? ?? Do you often employ judgemental..ignorant ..people to judge a child? I don't know how your Santa can live with himself after seeing the utter devastation he caused in a young girl with special needs. I don't know how your members of management can sleep at night knowing the heartbreak that child suffered. Has this Santa been replaced? Have you offered an apology, either publicly or privately? Shame on you.
I'd appreciate it if you would get a different Santa. It is really heartbreaking, and actually infuriated me to see the tears of a little girl when the Santa refused to see a girl because of her therapy dog. It violates the law, and he should have been let go for refusing to do his job. That is terrible! Please fix this issue asap...I am spreading the word about this incident!
Hope your mall does something for the little girl who was refused a visit with Santa today. Service dogs receive special training and not all dogs can be service dogs. These dogs are working. Would this have happened if it was a Labrador or different breed. Most likely not.
I rate this establishment as a "1 star" which is "1 star" too many, for its practices of discrimination. If I could give no star I would. How dare you traumatize a small child with her service/therapy dog? How ignorant! This man is nothing short of discriminatory and bigoted. Discrimination at its worst! As a retired special educator, I am appalled that your mall would not ensure that your Santa would understand the needs of ALL CHILDREN. SHAME ON YOU!!!
