So wish negative stars could be given.. the fool you hired to stand in for "Santa" has no Christmas Spirit and has crushed a disabled little girls Christmas Spirit...the mean words and act's of this actor in your employ deserve an immediate apology to this family and his termination before the mall closes today!

Since I can't rate with less than one star, your discriminatory Mall Santa situation should be addressed. I'm disgusted by how your hired help for the holidays who is supposed to spread joy and cheer bring a little girl to tears. That is not Santa! That is not even a man! Please correct this situation. This is vile and disgusting!
You get one star because I couldn't get to here with none! Unbelievably in humane what you did to that beautiful girl and her service dog! This Santa needs to be fired and a public apology needs to be made!
What were you thinking when you hired this Santa. How in the hell can he refuse to let a service pet go where it's human is going. This poor child is now scared with what happened to her. I'd say stay away until this Santa can be replaced with a more compassionate one.
I have just read the story about how your mall's Santa refused to see a little girl because her therapy dog that was accompanying her was a pit bull. Legal issues aside, this is such a disappointing story on so many levels. I am the handler of a therapy animal, and I can assure you that they are tested extensively prior to certification to ensure that they meet very stringent standards. If you are so irresponsible as to hire a Santa that is so woefully ignorant of ADA laws as to refuse to allow a little girl with a pit bull service dog to see her, you certainly don't deserve any business. I hope that you spend the time to insure your holiday hires are not so insensitive. You might want to remember that every dissatisfied customer tells on average 100 people about a poor experience - and no business can withstand such negative publicity.
Disgusting! Find a new Santa! How a company can support an ignorant man is beyond me.
