The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. My favorite classes are Zumba Ztrong with Eileen, Body Combat with Jessica, and Body Pump with Jessica, Danielle and Stef. The yoga classes are also amazing. I love this place!

RecommendedI cannot say enough about this place. I love the classes and facilities at this gym. The instructors are also nice and very professional. One of my favorite instructors is Jessica. She is a great body pump and body combat instructor. She is very energetic, patient and friendly. I also love zumba with Eileen. You will get a great workout here!
