Mission Valley YMCA is the best, lifelong member; experience there is transformative especially if you play hoops, lift weights, run and swim like I do. Best thing, it is family friendly. My four kids grew up going to the Y. Yup, it’s a generational thing. Staff at the Y is excellent and very friendly.
I just love this Y! Staff are friendly, facilities are clean and well stocked and they have a TON of classes.
This is a great facility, I really like that the child watch has a playground in it so the kids can let off some steam. I also Come here for the body combat class. I wish they could get a les Mills dance workout class going. I’d be devoted! This is a little further from my home but stays open later so I can go workout after my husband gets home once in a while.
