The Mission Valley YMCA hosted a great swim meet with easy parking and easy access to the pool. Plenty of room for seating and a great staff.
First time ever @ this location. Wow I was very impressed. Huge and has so many classes. I took Zumba with David Ramirez and the room had a stage for the instructors to teach their class. Never seen a stage in any of the other Y’s . The location is very well kept and very clean. (Ladies Room had toilet paper and were very clean. Normally the YMCA that I attend doesn’t have that runs out) the workers were very polite and nice. I will definitely go back.

This Y is the best! Great group of employees, guests, indoor/outdoor pools, large cardio room with all new equipment, large weight room, and tons of group exercise classes to choose from that are fun! Yay!!

Very clean, offer lots of classes and diff times for anyone work schedule. Instructors there are amazing!! Jenna, Maryann, Marie, David, Joanna, Chris and Cara Beltran!!
