We have great management here. Repair and maintenance is the best. It's an isolated oasis from all the exorbitant rent in Raleigh.
Very friendly staff and neighbors!
Property manager and maintenance team are always available and responsive!
Property manger is never at his office. Refuses to talk to prospective tenants. And never replies to emails in timely manner.
