My experience has been great so far, the stuff is very friendly and all my maintenance requests are addressed promptly. It is an old apt complex, but the management is doing a great job to keep high standards. Yesterday I submitted a work order for a non-working dryer and today I got a brand new one installed! Thank you guys!!!

Absolute worst apartment management experience of my life. They were okay when I moved in, but they switched companies or employees and the new ones are the worst. Constant issues with my rent payments, rude to my visitors, bullshit charges on my final account statement. Terrible pet policy, slow and unsatisfactory maintenance, and rude resident service. There is no one I would wish this terrible management company on.
Great place for the price and location! Maintenance staff extremely good.
