If you are smart you will keep looking unless you like cockroaches, no water pressure or hot water and being able to hear everything your neighbors do. You pay a monthly pest control fee and in the 2 years I lived there they never treated my apartment. I did my own pest control because my apartment was infested with cockroaches. I just moved because I took a job in another state but I would have stayed if I could I loved this place the staff was always nice and helpful and the new property manager anabel is great to work with I loved them so much I sent them a edible arrangement
I thought my problems would get taken care of before having to result in putting bad review on here, but apparently that didn't happen so here it goes! VERY unhappy lately with MJP as things aren't getting taken care of in a timely matter. Broken glass in parking lot STILL not picked up after almost a week (and I've brought it to 3 admins attention 5x), ALWAYS out of propane so you can't use their very nice grills they recently installed, trash outside of maintenance room that is a hazard, dog shit not picked up across the p... read more

What can I say! Mission James Place Apartments continues to outshine! The management and maintenance staff are both suburb in all they do. They are always looking to get the job done right away and on time. Love the gatherings they do to get the community together. i highly recommend Mission James Place to all who planning on moving to the South Austin area!
Hey how about you all clean your shit up outside the maintenance office. You all leave so many hazards I am surprised that a child hasn't injured themselves. I guess my three coolers are a problem.
