I came from another state I ask if the pictures on the website were resent they responded yea they are , when I ask to apply I pay the fee no problem there they said the have a better one for $250 more that was updated and new appliances , thats was all a lie, when I went to see the apartment they show you one that really nice , I said does mine look like this one they said 100% but I still ask to go see the one that I was going to be on they keep avoiding saying it look just like this one I ask a second time the said the sa... read more
I’ve lived here for three years I have went months without functioning appliances mold no water hot no air-conditioning and 90° or higher heat flooded unit that was never addressed wiring issues Dangerous living conditions with children in the home and when you talk to property management and corporate to no resolution it’s not a safe place to live
I’ve been here for 2 months now and the leasing office is no help. They are false advertising the apartment the pictures on the website look nothing like the actual apartment. I upgraded to a newer apartment, but paint was chipped off the doors, the stove had only two working tops out of the four, I constantly had roaches and other bugs , the mailbox was broken when I moved in here it was never fixed, after calling multiple times and having them tell me that they’re going to put a work order in for the mailboxes but that was... read more
Awful. simply the most unprofessional place i have ever dealt with. they lied to my face, scammed me out of over $200. they are rude, unhelpful, and downright apathetic about the residents. how they have stayed in business this long is beyond me.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!I have lived here for over 5 years and management has changed several times but the current management is the WORST.Staff is ABYSMAL.They LIE and very unprofessional.I had NO AC FOR THREE WEEKS.The appliances are OLD and PAINTED to disguise the look when you move in.My stove does NOT work been waiting to get it fixed for over 2 WEEKS.This place has gone down so fast.Its unbelievable.In the past years when it snowed during winter the walkways and stairs were salted and cleared..NOT ANYMORE..You don't... read more
I have lived at Mission Capital Crossing Apartments for close to 2 years. The "Current" Management Staff, and I use that term loosely (****** Property management) stepped in to the office September 2016. I have made Numerous request for repairs and maintenance for an entire year now and they have completely ignored all request made. I was pushed to the point of calling City of Raleigh Inspection Enforcement to make an inspection. The Inspectors did find Multiple code violation in and outside of my apartment.
