After dealing with persistent shoulder pain for months, I finally found someone who actually listened and provided a clear, effective path to recovery. Waste of time. Unorganized. Refferal was incomplete and initially incorrect. Its a mission to get a hold of the office after the first appointment. No communication within the office. Just unprofessional and incompetent. Going to this office caused more headaches and legwork than any other specialist I've seen. Medical service: terms of readings for Mri and Xrays were discussed minimally and POORLY. Visit lacked empathy and bedside manners was a fair 4/10.
