The worst staff in the history of Children's Care This is the most dysfunctional, rude and most importanly lazy and ineffective office staff I have ever encountered. They take no responsibility for doing their jobs well and are discourteous and downright mean to children and parents alike. Dr. Cooper is the worst doctor ever. Dr. Cooper is the rudest, most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. My ped. referred us to him for my 1 year old eye surgery. We saw him twice before we scheduled the surgery. I did not have a warm feeling about him from from the start. On our 3rd appointment, the office staff informed me that I could not feed her in the office, despite the long wait and if I went outside to feed her, they would cancel my appointment. Dr. Cooper seems intelligent and able but horrible bed-side manner My son has seen Dr. Cooper twice so far and is needing surgery. I am hesitant to schedule only because he is so rude and short with my son that I need to really bite my tongue not to say anything. My son is only 4, scared of course and doesn't need someone to be so uncaring and downright mean. If he doesn't like to work with children, he shouldn't, that's the bottom line. Rating COMPLETELY depends on the doctor - BE CAREFUL Hymas: Excellent to work with, responsive to your needs and kind person Butera: Competent doctor but average personality Cooper: Competent doctor with a below average personality I have experienced all 3 doctors: Dr. Cooper performed 2 surgeries on my son as a young child (2nd one - tubes in eyes) and then treated an infection in the eyes (not related to the surgery) for an extended period of time.
