Looked at condos here this week. Did not disappoint. Has one of the best most amazing views of the bay, Star Island and downtown Miami! Remodeled Mid- Century bld (right next door to the Mondrian Hotel) with nice pool and hot tub. Great place to live if you love the water. Building feels alive with activity and residents are diverse from all over the world and every age group. And yes the amenities are plentiful. Miss my old condo there and Miami Beach neighborhood, mini NYC
I used to live here.love the amenities.. gym,hair salon,massage parlor, convenient store, dry cleaners,restaurant pool side, 3 pools,including 1 salt water pool, 2 Jacuzzis ,dock,I had an apartment facing the intercoastal, great view of the islands and cruise ships , loved it...great security also...looking to move back!!!
