I love my Toys. I purchased 2 when it was Fairway and 2 new cars from Toyota of Albany and thank God I have had no problems. Sales person was Wallace Miller and now I have Bearcat. They are in my opinion top of the line. Will work with you until deal is made. THANKS and will be seeing you soon ;)

I have purchased two vehicles from Toyota. Each purchase was a great experience and Janet Parmelee was the best sales representative. She always made sure all of my questions were answered and I was happy with my purchases. I have not had any problems with my 2003 Corolla (Purchased in 2003) or my 2012 Camry (Purchased 2014). I bought 2 different cars last year from a dealership in Albany both cars were lemons, they were always in the shop. The dealership that I bought them from didn't stand behind their word ,the manager just wanted to be my friend instead of fixing it and the shop people were the rudest. I have never been treated as rudely as I was just treated by the sales manager at Toyota of Albany. After being welcomed by two very nice ladies who told me to let them know if there was any way that they could help me when I told them that I just wanted to walk around, the sales manager told me that he would walk with me when I told him the same thing.
