Tried to test drive a 4runner on 09/5/2016 to see how I liked it. After filling out there "customer paperwork" which included questions about my car to trade and how must I owed and what i had for a down payment (which I was not going to tell them but it was enough to eat the negative equity) I was told if I was not able to get financed to actually get the car I could not test drive it. Customer service was far below expectations. Every repair was guess and check w/o the root cause being resolved. I'd rather drive to Tifton.
Adam and Kenny in service go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Had a small issue with my car. They worked with me to find a solution, and scheduled me in just in time before my vacation. I highly recommend them.
