Terrible service! I arrived at 10a.m. and it took them 4 hours to do an oil change! I was told I had a hour and a half wait. No one came and communicated anything with me about how much longer it would take
Left my car to be serviced, Service Tech Adam arranged for me to pick my vehicle up after hours. When I arrived my key wasn't where it was supposed to be. I went on home with my husband, called Adam the next morning he apologized about my key not being where it was supposed to be someone had picked up my keys and put them back on the service managers desk. Got caught up in the big EVENT SCAM Toyota of Albany had. I went Saturday to redeem my 55" flat screen TV, but instead I sat through a 30 minute chit chat session and then was told my conformation # didn't match, but was reassured there was a consolation prize. After that I was told to wait OUTSIDE the door and I would receive my consolation gift, turned out to be a $1 scratch off lottery ticket. The sales invitation clearly states I won a 55" TV; but I went to the dealership they said that it was a scam. They offered me two TV with the purchase of a new car. Whatever happen to "No purchase necessary" on the rules? I'm going to Tenneson Nissan, at least their invitation clearly stated a “Chance to win $25,000” not that “7 7 7 = Win 55” Flat Screen TV.” Very poor sales ethics.
I love my Toyota but hate the service here. I had an appointment for oil change at 2 pm yesterday. I left at 4 pm. It should not take 2 hours! I was also lied to by the guy who checked me out. I will be taking my service business elsewhere if at all possible. Spoke with service manager today who was polite and promised to look into it - but damage already done.

Absolutely LOVE my new 2016 Toyota Camry SE that we purchased yesterday!! Thank you Janet Parmelee for all of your help in helping me to find the perfect car for me that met all of my wants and needs. The entire staff were friendly and helpful and answered all of the questions I had.
I love my car but when I come to get my oil change they are very slow and the wait is always long now about 2 or 3 hours. They need better service and more workers or something to speed up the process!!!!!
