I brought my car in for my 20k service. Scotty Hoover was great in keeping me updated on what was going on and if I needed anything done to it. He also made sure I got out in a timely manner. I appreciate all of the service guys at Toyota and would recommend Toyota to anyone!

My sales rep Courtney was great and she had extrodinary patience. She made sure my transition from a SUV to a car was smooth. Anyone, that desired to purchase a vehicle......please go see Courtney and she will make your experience pleasant and stress free.
Poor customer service in the service department. Took about an hour and a half just to get a tire patched. They need to be more concerned with how long their customers are waiting.
We had an amazing experience at Toyota :)Roger, Gavin and Courtney was an awesome team to work with and made us feel like we were "home". We will definitely be going back �
The wait time is ridiculous. Smh I really expected better. Although, their Customer service is fine.
