Customer Service is very bad. You never receive the card but you pay $300. Then they spam you with prescription renewal but people never receive the card. Curaleaf and Surterra get your card in your hands in less than 1 month and customer service is more polite.

I paid hundreds of dollars to get my license. They filed my residency status improperly and strung me along for 6 months. I never got my license or any relief for my numerous medical issues that cause me great pain. GO ELSEWHERE‼️
Don’t apply for a job with this unprofessional company! I was offered a position on a Friday afternoon and when I responded on a Monday they already gave the job to some one else! No phone call or response deadline! It was for the west palm beach store. They are a franchise and are independently owned. This is why they don’t know how to take care of people! Don’t use them for your license there are plenty of better locations to use!

THEN TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY FOR A REFUND FROM THE MANAGER AND THAT THE MANAGER WAS ALREADY INFORMED THAT I WAS OVER CHARGED AND SIMPLY SAID TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR A REFUND.
