Horrible Treating elderly people. My mom (75y) came there from Stratford. She was driving one hour (she’s from Stratford )and because they change office my mom was confused and lost. By the time she finally get there she was 30 minutes Late. They didn’t take her that day, they send her back home. Her appointment it was taking only few minutes to adjust the hearing aid. That’s how they care for their clients. So disappointed 😤👎
