This place really mistreats the elderly. My father in law is 79 years old. He spent 7k on his hearing aids when he purchased them from Lauren. And now that he is having issues with them, all of a sudden, they can't comprehend his English. In order to get an appt to fix them, they are telling him he needs an interpreter. He never had that issue when he purchased them from Lauren or any other time he had to go in for an appt with with her. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable and patient!! So glad we went to Wethersfield!!
The People are really nice, and try to help….but the $7000.00 product sucks!! They have had my hearing aids more than I have!!!! Keep needing to send back for “Extreme Crackling”…
