I scheduled my appointment about two weeks in advance for October 10th since I had the day off from work. When I arrived, the staff looked confused. Huge turnover in PCC (front desk receptionist) often. Don’t expect to see any front desk person to survive long term. Unprofessional, unstable, and hostile work environment toward PCC. Unprofessional Hearing Aid Specialist that simply refuse to teamwork when addressing certain concerns and create lies for the management to cover their mistakes. Horrible Treating elderly people. My mom (75y) came there from Stratford. She was driving one hour (she’s from Stratford )and because they change office my mom was confused and lost. By the time she finally get there she was 30 minutes Late. They didn’t take her that day, they send her back home. Her appointment it was taking only few minutes to adjust the hearing aid. That’s how they care for their clients. So disappointed 😤👎
