The People are really nice, and try to help….but the $7000.00 product sucks!! They have had my hearing aids more than I have!!!! Keep needing to send back for “Extreme Crackling”…

I scheduled my appointment about two weeks in advance for October 10th since I had the day off from work. When I arrived, the staff looked confused. I informed them that I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment, but the receptionist said it was scheduled for the following Friday. I showed her my email confirmation clearly stating the 10th. After checking her system, she claimed the appointment had been rescheduled by someone else — yet I was never notified.
