Nothing to do with staff, but I guess minute clinic walk-in is waste. Went there, did sign up, waited for more than 1.5 hrs and came out without seeing anybody.
My experience was very good. My question was answered clearly.
First timer at CVS Minute Clinic on Seldom Seen. Earache and the care was outstanding. Easy to see a medical professional with super bedside manner. Infection diagnosis resulted in a Rx filled by the pharmacy team within 10 minutes. Grateful.
