The staff is extremely kind! Would definitely recommend making an appointment versus walking in, though our time on the waitlist wasn’t too bad considering how busy it was
the NP working last night was very rude and unhelpful. when strep, flu, and covid all turned out negative I asked her what i should do and she basically shrugged and suggested i take motrin or go to the ER if it gets worse. I asked for a note for my job and she was acting like i was asking for her first born. really frustrating to waste an hour, get no results, and just be told to go to the ER if it gets worse.
The nurse was really kind and professional.
