Not good. I went there here in Vieanna because I had a lump on the side of my face by my ear and it was hurting. The nurse practitioner called me and took my blood pressure went out of the room, came back and told me that she couldn’t help me that I had to go down walk eight blocks down the street to the Innova go Help and they’d be able to help me there. I thought it was pretty pitiful, but I did what she told me then she had a nerve to generate a bill for me after she didn’t even help me and I’m so upset. I don’t know what... read more
Clean facility, attentive medical staff and quick waiting times. Definitely coming back.
The staff is extremely kind! Would definitely recommend making an appointment versus walking in, though our time on the waitlist wasn’t too bad considering how busy it was
the NP working last night was very rude and unhelpful. when strep, flu, and covid all turned out negative I asked her what i should do and she basically shrugged and suggested i take motrin or go to the ER if it gets worse. I asked for a note for my job and she was acting like i was asking for her first born. really frustrating to waste an hour, get no results, and just be told to go to the ER if it gets worse.
